We were importers before we helped you import.

Since 2011 we have handled imports and exports for companies in Mexico, with one accountable partner for the whole operation.

Our story.

36T was founded on June 29, 2011. Before offering these services, we were importers. We lived what many companies still live today: incomplete information, costs nobody warned us about, delays and the struggle to coordinate every provider involved in an import.

That experience made one thing clear: a company doesn’t just need to book freight or customs clearance. It needs someone who takes responsibility for the whole operation, connects every party, anticipates problems and stays in control from start to finish.

That is why 36T exists: to give other business owners the clarity, support and coordination we couldn’t find when we started.

One accountable partner for your entire operation.

What we do.

36T handles your company’s imports and exports end to end: one accountable partner coordinates suppliers, freight, customs and compliance, so you operate without surprises and with full visibility.

We don’t compete on price.

36T doesn’t compete on price or as just another provider. We compete on the value of having one accountable partner who coordinates, anticipates and gives visibility to the whole operation.

How we work with Mexican customs.

We work with a network of vetted partner customs brokers, specialized by industry, with coverage at ports of entry across Mexico. We don’t rely on a single broker license: each shipment gets the broker best suited to your goods.
